The company came and did the things they told me they would do and the price was what they quoted. All work was done, cleaning and neat.

Well, if you need anything for your hvac heating or air, call McDaniel Heating and Air Conditioning We found out our Freon was completely gone out of our unit so we were running on emergency heat during these cold temps. ( if you didn’t know, emergency heat is A LOT more expensive than regular heat….ask me how I know 😭) Chris McDaniel and his crew took such great care of us! They were here yesterday to evaluate. They were very honest with us. Today they came and swapped out our unit! I would much rather spend my money with a local, hometown, family owned business. Before you spend money with the big guys, give these guys a call! We are grateful.

I called McDaniel Heating & Air to troubleshoot my 20 year old furnace. I was looking for a Trane dealer but I had no prior experience with the company. Chris was able.to come on short notice. He gave me a repair option and a replace option. I chose the replace option to not have to worry about more potential failures in my old unit. The installation team was very professional and installed my new Trane equipment in short order. I recommend McDaniel Heating & Air for any needed HVAC work.

This was the best service call of any kind we have ever had. The technician arrived promptly within less than an hour. He had our problem fixed in about 20 to 25 minutes. He was friendly, competent and knowledgeable. His communication with both myself and my husband was excellent. His price was reasonable even though it was a holiday week. Payment was simple with a credit card. I can recommend this company without reservation. Have already put them in my contact list for possible future use. Chris was great! Very professional. He came out and quickly diagnosed the issue. He clearly communicated and responded quickly to questions. Once he recieved the parts he was out as quickly as possible to get us up and running in this heat. I can't thank him enough! My son had Chris install a new unit 2 years ago and was 100% satisfied with the work Chris and team performed. My AC wasnt cooling and I contacted Chris and he was at my home the very next morning and fixed the issue. These guys know their stuff. They are very professional and get after the work that needs to be done. They were very clean and you couldn't tell that they were there after they were done after a full rip and replace of my 35 year old heating and air system. Came out quickly , which was definitely a positive. Unit was frozen solid , so he made a second trip to basically tell me the 12-14 year old unit needed to be replaced. Charged me $215.00. Estimated $8,500 to replace unit. I called another company, they came out the same afternoon, cleaned the coils and condenser, refilled with refrigerant. Made a second trip out 4 days later just to check levels and pressure. (no charge) The unit has worked flawlessly. Only charged me $280.00 . If it lasts a year I'll be more than pleased. It may have a "micro" leak but only time will tell. Did have them price me a new unit , $6500 Trane 2.5 Ton. I'm editing my review as I know Chris is a man of integrity and obviously he cares about his customers. Thanks for reaching out.

A wonderful company to work with. They fast to respond to service and as well as heat being out. They are professional, informative about parts and replacements. They’re on time and try the Vista put you at the front of the list of repairs if you have heat that gone out. If I could give them more than five stars I would. Update: Called this morning for an emergency service. They called me and put me at the top of the list. Came out and fixed the issue first thing this morning.
